CBD2G – RG – Non Return Dampers

Construction

• 18 Gauge galvanized iron sheet folded frame – CBD2G – RG.
• 1.2mm thick extruded aluminium profile frame – CBD2 – RG.
• Single skin aluminium extruded profile. Galvanized Steel sheet as optional.
• Blade mounting with frame is by self-oiling nylon bushes, optional brass bushes.
• Vinyl foam lining at the blade edges to give the seal and rattle-free operation.
• 10mm x 10mm aluminium angle riveted to the frame.
• Duct mounted damper frame is made by Galvanized steel sheet of 1.2mm thickness. Higher thickness sheets can be used for the requirements.
• Wall-mounted damper frame is of high quality extruded aluminium profiled construction with corrosion resistance and rigidity.
• Sheet folded or single-skin extruded profile blades are mounted to the frame by self-oiling nylon bushes and round pipe/rods of aluminium or steel according to the size of the damper. Vinyl foam lining at the blade edges to give the airtight operation.
• Air velocity controls the blade openings, constant air velocity makes the blades to stay at one position.
• Dampers are designed to maintain the pressure level at pressurized rooms by opening its blades towards the airflow. These dampers are used in plant rooms, ventilation system and exhaust ducting system. Square and rectangular shapes are available.
