Egg Crate Grilles with & without damper
TITUS egg crate grilles are designed for return and exhaust application in a conditioned room. Since it has a unique type of mesh formed by ½” width and 0.45mm thick strips into ½” x ½” squares, it gives egg crate appearance. The same kinds of grille are used in elevators cabins also. As the egg crate louver is made by aluminum, we can have the desired powder coated color which gives further rigidity to the construction. Return grilles must provide a free area of at least 90%
Aluminum Eggcrate Return Grille for Narrow Tee Ceilings
Titus Eggcrate grilles have the highest free area of any return grille. These grilles are available with aluminum border and aluminum grid; steel border and aluminum grid; or entirely stainless steel construction. Offered in ½ x ½ x ½-inch, ½ x ½ x 1-inch, or 1 x 1 x 1-inch core sizes. Also available as a filtered return.
