VPA Series- Dynamic Balancing Valves and VAP Actuator

VPA pressure independent control valve is a combination of a differential pressure regulator and a regulating valve for flow adjustment. VPA valves offer remarkable adjustment flexibility. In combination with VAP actuators, they can be set to a specific flow rate value and they allow precise modulating control. The valves always guarantee a suitable flow rate, therefore avoiding too high energy consumption. Since the VPA valve performs the functions of two valves (balancing and adjustment), the installation costs are considerably reduced. The automatic flow rate limitation eliminates system adjustment costs. Since the adjustment is very easy to perform, design flow rates can be modified at any time and at low costs.

  • Pressure Independent balancing and control valves include two functional control elements: Dynamic balancing valves and Motorized Actuator. Dynamic balancing valves senses and controls the pressure/flow. The actuator controls the valve.
  • The maximum flow of the VPA valve can be set according to the level required. The flow can be set easily by the actuator potentiometer.
  • Compared to an external tube, the built-in balancing tube has a more compact structure that helps it avoid damage during shipping and installation.
  • The valve body is made of ductile iron material, with anti-corrosion treatment on the surface.
  • High Close-off pressure with very low leakage rate.
  • Linear actuator with high control accuracy provides an equal percentage flow curve.
  • The actuator has a manual function that allows for manual positioning of the valve.
