Air Louvers

General:

RUSKIN Louvers are specially designed for both air intake and exhaust purposes in the HVAC system. Lovers are rigidly assembled by a frame and carefully designed blades with double grooves for fasteners. A wide range of options is available with wire mesh, washable aluminum media filters. Heavy-duty lovers can be supplied with special blades and frames for Electrical transfer rooms and weather.

Features:
  • 18 Guage Aluminium sheets with 25mm flange and 125mm depth.
  • Extruded Aluminium profile frame with 30mm flange width and 45mm height
  • Extruded Aluminium profile blade with 10mm face height
  • 12 x 12 x 1 mm dia G.I wire mesh with PVC coating or powder coating is optional.
  • Aluminum channels folded and riveted as the filter frame
  • Expanded aluminum filter media
  • High quality extruded aluminum profile damper with a black matt finish.
Construction:
  • Frame and horizontal blades assembly as a single unit, manufactured from high quality extruded aluminum profiles with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.
  • Blades are set at an angle of 45 degrees to the horizontal panels with 40mm spacing, Fixed rigidity with the mainframe by rivets.
  • The louver is fixed with a removable and washable extruded aluminum filter with aluminum expanded mesh as the filter media.
Standard Sizes:
  • Both square & rectangular sizes are available.
  • Up to 1000 x 1000 mm/multiple assemblies as optional
  • Non-Standard sizes are also available
Standard Finish:
  • The total structure is weatherproofed and blades are inclined downwards to protect against rainwater and sand.
  • The structure provides around 46% effective pressure areas.
  • Natural anodized aluminum finish.
  • Powder-coated color finish, other colors as an option.
  • The flexibility of the finish is available as an option.
