FSD36OW UL 555/555S 1.5 hr./Class II, V-Groove Blade, 2,000 fpm and 4″ w.g. max, Factory Sleeve

The FSD36OW is a UL555 Classified Fire Damper and a UL555S Classified Smoke Damper designed for use in “out of the wall or concrete floor” through penetration applications. The FSD36OW Features:

  • Triple V-Groove Blades
  • UL555S Leakage Class II
  • 1 ½ Hour UL555
  • Factory Provided for use “out of the wall” or “out of the concrete floor”
  • Mounting Angle One Side
  • A maximum rating of 2,000 fpm and 4” w.g.

Description
APPLICATION

The FSD36OW (Leakage Class 2), and FSD35OW (Leakage Class 3) combination fire/smoke dampers are designed for vertical or horizontal installation. They can be uninstalled up to 8” (203) outside the fire-rated barrier in HVAC systems with airflow in either direction. They have been tested for the operation to 2,000 fpm and 4″ w.g.

  • Access Door factory mounted in the common sleeve to ensure compliance with UL installation requirements.
  • MCP control panels for test purposes or smoke management systems.
